Should I get my order shipped to my house or work address?
We always suggest getting all orders shipped to your work address as couriers deliver between normal business hours of 9am – 5pm, meaning if order is shipped to your house the likely hood of someone being there to sign for parcel is less likely than if it was shipped to your work address.
Can you ship to a P.O Box?
No the courier services we use do not ship to P.O box’s. Please use an easily accessible physical address for all orders

Why should I become a member?
Our members are our VIP’s, you will receive hard copies of every seasons range delivered right to your door, as will as promotional material such as stickers, posters or anything else we feel you might have a slight interest in. Also you will receive by email and sometimes text updates about online sales, promotions etc. We will also on occasion treat our members to online store discounts purely for them, via a promotion code emailed or text out to you.
What if my details change?
No problem. Edit or update your membership details at anytime by clicking on the ‘Edit membership’ button on the elft hand menu, enter you email address you signed up with, click “Edit” and then your details will appear and you can update any part of it.
What if my package is not delivered?
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. If your package does not turn up within the expected delivery time outlined for your region of the world, track your package by clicking on the tracking link supplied in your ‘order shipped’ confirmation email and entering the tracking number also supplied in this email. If this still does not turn up any results email us all your order details to web_store@fourfontaine.com and we will attempt to track package for you. Please give the package two extra business days for delivery before emailing us.
Will you convert my total into my currency?
On the payment step of the checkout process you have the chance to convert your total into your local currency for your reference. However we will charge your credit card in NZ dollars, your credit card company will convert the charges for you.
Do you charge extra for international orders?
Garments are charged at the same rate, however International orders are subject to different Postage and Handling charges, see shipping details here.
Also, shipments outside of NZ may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Contact the recipient's customs offices for more information.
How long does it take to ship overseas?
In-stock items should be recieved in between 7 - 10 business days from order date..
How do i know when my order has been shipped?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirming your package has been sent and giving you a tracking number and a link to a site were you can track your package.
How do i pay for my order?
We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, American express, Mastercard, JCB, Discover
How can I be sure my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email usually within minutes from placing order, if you do not receive a confirmation email then please email us web_store@fourfontaine.com, supplying us with your order number and contact phone number and we will sort it out for you.
